The Cultural Arts & Training Center offers courses
complete with classroom instruction and on-the-job training in the
Cosmetology/Barbering/Nail Technology field. This seven (7) credit
curriculum will cover*:

You do not have to be a resident of a DRHA property
to become either a student or a customer.
All Customers receive services at a heavily
discounted rate and residents of nursing homes & assisted living
facilities receive free select services on specified days.**
Services are always supervised by a certified instructor.
** Certain conditions apply. Must show proof of
residence to receive free service. Subject to change without
notice at the discretion of the Director.
