Please submit a change of address in writing to DRHA as soon as possible to ensure you are notified if you have been randomly selected and/or for any further status updates. It is also necessary to submit a change of address form with the U.S. Postal Service. Change of address forms submitted to the U.S. Postal Service are only valid for six (6) weeks.

All HCV clients who are responsible for their own utilities should be aware that if your utilities are disconnected, you only have 24 hours from the time we receive notice they have been disconnected to provide us proof that they have been reconnected or you will be in danger of losing your HCV benefits voucher immediately after that period. Having no utilities is considered a violation of the code of federal regulations (CFR) and is also considered an emergency situation. The city can also condemn the unit if they receive notice there are no utilities on and at that point no one will be allowed to inhabit the unit at all.
