Landmark Asset Services, Inc. received $700k of the $52 million Gov. Youngkin announced in affordable and special needs housing projects. This award will go towards the building of our Lawrence G. Campbell Sr. Apartment Complex. These new apartments will be a 52-unit housing project featuring 34 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom apartments. They will be packed with amenities specifically designed for seniors, including floorplans for one-level living, a fully accessible elevator, a community room with a kitchenette for resident gatherings, an exercise room, a computer center with high-speed internet, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups.
